Concept testing of a new feature in an app for handheld digital devices
Project Scope
Concept testing of a new feature for the Google App. This feature empowered users to save favorite images into collections which may be shared and followed by others. I started a summer contract with Google and immediately began working on learning the processes and tools used at the company. The ease of finding participants was enhanced by working with the recruiting team.
Introduction- Understanding how Android and iPhone users would interact with and comprehend the collections feature within a sharing flow, and within a following flow.

Discussion- Users understood the flows but had concerns about excessive notifications, security, and finding their saved collections.
